Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or locations outside the UK at this time.

Some remote areas (including Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) may be subject to additional delivery charges or extended delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the size of the item ordered:

  • Small furniture & accessories: 3–7 business days

  • Large furniture (including sofas): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to availability, courier schedules, or external factors beyond our control.


Sofa & Large Furniture Delivery

Sofas and other large furniture items are delivered via a specialist two-person delivery service to ensure safe handling.

Standard sofa delivery includes:

  • Delivery to the ground floor or first accessible room

  • A pre-arranged delivery date and time window

Please ensure:

  • Doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points are suitable for the item

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues or absence, re-delivery charges may apply.


Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Delivery location

Any additional charges for remote areas will be communicated before dispatch.


Order Tracking

For smaller items, tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
For sofas and large furniture, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and may incur return delivery costs.
